RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

A refund or exchange is only possible if the product has a manufacturing defect, the plating has faded, or it is damaged during transit when delivering to the customer. You may return your purchase to us, insured, within 14 days, and we will either refund your full purchase price or exchange the product, excluding shipping charges, return shipping charges, & applicable custom duties/taxes. Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact, the correct invoice value, and original invoice as received by the customer. Returns or exchanges for products over 14 days in your possession or showing any sign of use will not be accepted. Refunds will be conducted only through the Original Mode of Payment.. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original purchase receipt within 3 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that NO exchange will be possible without the original purchase receipt. A return shipping charge will be applicable. 

 

REFUND POLICY 

Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment. We will initiate the refund after receipt of the product(s) by Elegant Silver LLC, maintaining the https://aqsajewelry.myshopify.com Website ("Site"). The refund will be processed within 7 days from the receipt of the product, depending on the mode of payment of the order. Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded back to the credit/debit card within 7 to 15 working days. In case of any cash back/promotion amount used, that amount will not be a part of the refund. For orders placed through gift certificates or vouchers from "Site," a refund would be provided in the form of a fresh gift certificate or voucher of the same value (less shipping charges). 

 

Please note: We diligently check all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Your satisfaction and trust in us are our priorities. However, if you do notice any damages, please notify us at silverworldtrd@gmail.com, including all relevant order details and images. We will then communicate further in case of a return and arrange a pick-up.
