PRICING: 

The prices displayed on the “Site” are quoted in OMR (Omani Rials). 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: 

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

RETURN POLICY: 

Return is only possible if the product has a manufacturing defect or it is damaged during transit when delivered to the customer. Return your purchase to us insured within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase price, excluding the shipping charges. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and tags intact as received by the customer. We cannot accept returns of products over 14 days in your possession or any sign of use. 

CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products and Services): 

Customers cannot cancel their order once the shipping confirmation has been sent via e-mail. Cancellations will only be accepted before the shipping confirmation, in this case, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

USE OF PERSONAL DATA: 

You expressly consent that we may use the personal data you have given to us in the order or on the “Site” solely for this Agreement, for making services available to you, for marketing our products and services to you and to disclose to other third parties, such as our suppliers, for order fulfillment only.
